By accessing and using UPLOAD2PDF ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use UPLOAD2PDF for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
File Upload and Processing
File Ownership
You retain full ownership of all files you upload to our service. We do not claim any rights to your content.
File Security
All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload. We do not store, backup, or access your files beyond the processing required for the requested operation.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload files that contain illegal content, malware, viruses, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Disclaimer
The materials on UPLOAD2PDF are provided on an 'as is' basis. UPLOAD2PDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall UPLOAD2PDF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on UPLOAD2PDF, even if UPLOAD2PDF or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Usage Limits
To ensure fair usage for all users, the following limits apply:
- Maximum file size: 50MB per file
- Maximum files per operation: 10 files
- Rate limiting: 100 requests per 15 minutes per IP address
- Upload rate limiting: 2 uploads per minute per IP address
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Upload2PDF could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Upload2PDF does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Upload2PDF may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
